Student Health and Well Being

Emergency Contact Details

It is common for parents/carers to have changes in mobile contact numbers, change of employers and other life events that result in changes to emergency contact numbers. We ask that Parents/Carers please ensure that if your contact details change to please contact the office on 9218 6850 or visit the office to ensure your details are updated on the school records. It can be distressing to students if they are unwell or in the event of an emergency if staff are unable to contact a family member/friend.

Student illness

Parents are encouraged to keep their children at home if they are unwell to allow them time to feel better and return to school feeling well. We do like to know when your child is/has been unwell. Parents/Carers are asked to advise their child's teacher or the office if their child is absent so that our records can be updated.

Please use one of the following methods to notify the school that your child is away-

Email to Caversham.PS.Absentees@education.wa.edu.au;

Via the 'Send Absentee Note' tab on the Connect portal; or
